Steel Grid Plate is one of our main product. Press Locked Grating is one type of Galvanized Steel Grating. It is commonly used for work platforms, crossover platforms, industrial flooring, catwalks, balconies, mezzanines, storage areas, walkways, and stair treads.
Press-Locked Bar Grating is specified due to its clean, smooth look as well as supporting the same loads as welded bar grating though not recommended for rolling loads. Press locked Galvanized Grating is formed using tremendous hydraulic pressure to bond the two close-tolerance slotted bars together, permanently locking the cross bars into the notched bearing bars. Bar spacing’s range from 1-3/16″ (19 space) through 7/16″ (7 space) with bar depths upto 2-1/2″ and lengths upto 20′ Press-Locked grating is fabricated to meet project requirements.
